Town Square Redbank Plains, Everton Park Shopping Centre, Rothwell Shopping Centre – Win a Fridge promotion

PROMOTER

  1. The “Promoters” are; Town Square Redbank Plains, Everton Park Shopping Centre, Rothwell Shopping Centre, owned by Slim Lian – Metro Capital and managed by Knight Frank. The Town Square Redbank Plains address is: 357-403 Redbank Plains Road, Redbank Plains, QLD 4301, Everton Park Shopping Centre address is: 768 Stafford Road, Everton Park, Queensland 405, Rothwell Shopping Centre address is: 763 Deception Bay Road, Rothwell, Queensland 4022.
  2. Promotional Period: The ‘Win a Fridge’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9.00am, Tuesday 28th January 2025 and conclude at 11.59pm, Thursday 27th March 2025.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. Make a spend of $20 or more at any retailer or $100 or more at any supermarket. Multiple spends are allowed to reach the minimum spend.
  2. Scan the QR code on the in-centre collateral or visit https://townsquareredbankplains.com.au/win-a-fridge-gift-vouchers-up-for-grabs/ and fill in all requested details.
  3. Retain the receipt(s) as proof of purchase.

PRIZE AND DRAW

  1. The major prize is a $1200 gift voucher for Appliances Online, drawn once at the end of the promotional period.
  2. The minor prizes are; Town Square Redbank Plains $300 drawn weekly. Everton Park $100 drawn weekly, Rothwell Shopping Centre $100 gift voucher draw at the end of the promotion period.
  3. Total prize pool is $4,900.
  4. The major prize winner will be drawn at random by Centre Management or an appointed third party on Friday 28th March 2025.
  5. The minor prize winners will be drawn on; Friday 31/01/2025, 07/02/2025, 14/02/2025, 21/02/2025, 28/02/2025, 07/03/2025, 14/03/2025, 21/03/2025 and Thursday 27/03/2025.
  6. The winners will be contacted by email or phone within 2 business days.
  7. If despite every reasonable effort the winner cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2 weeks after the first draw takes place.
  1. The major prize gift voucher will be sent via email. The minor prize gift cards will be dispatched as follows; Town Square Redbank Plains Gift Cards must be collected from the Centre Management office between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, Everton Park Shopping Centre and Rothwell Shopping Centre will be delivered via post.
  2. The prizes are set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by the Promotor and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
  1. Entry is open to Queensland residents only.
  2. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Town Square Redbank Plains, Everton Park Shopping Centre and Rothwell Shopping Centre and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
  1. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
  2. The Major Prize Winner will be published on the Town Square Redbank Plains, Everton Park Shopping Centre and Rothwell Shopping Centre Facebook and Instagram page.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.

If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
