TERMS & CONDITIONS – FREE gift for Dad

PROMOTER

1. The “Promoter” is; Town Square Redbank Plains, owned by Slim Lian – Metro Capital and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. The Town Square Redbank Plains address is: 357-403 Redbank Plains Road, Redbank Plains, QLD 4301.

2. Promotional Period: The ‘FREE gift for dad’ promotion (the “Promotion”) is open at the following times; 12pm to 3pm, Saturday 29 August and Saturday 5 September 2026.

HOW TO QUALIFY

3. Spend $40 or more at any specialty store or Target in one transaction within the promotional period. Exclusions include receipts from lottery and tobacco sales.

4. Retain the receipt as proof of purchase.

5. Visit the collection booth in front of Aldi within the promotional period to claim the gift.

GIVEAWAY

6. The gift is one SWIG Coffee Tumbler.

7. The gift is valued at RRP $15.00.

8. Available to the first 40 customers on each day of the promotion, within the collection period.

9. Maximum of one gift per person per day.

10. The prizes are set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

11. Information on ‘How to qualify’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by the Promotor and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.

12. Entry is open to Queensland residents only.

13. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Town Square Redbank Plains, and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.

14. If the qualifying purchase is made by a person under the age of 18 years, the gift will be awarded to the shopper’s nominated parent or guardian.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

17. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
